    1. Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
    • Free from stains, perfume, or makeup marks
    • With all original tags and packaging attached

    Please note:

    • We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or custom orders.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

    2. Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or send a store credit if your preferred item is unavailable.

    We recommend reaching out first to confirm availability before sending your item back.

    3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
    We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund (including shipping).

    4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

    The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Custom-made or altered garments
    • Hijabs, underscarves, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
